Ms. Rusnak called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

public hearing 2/27/26)
Consider a Tentative Planned Residential Development application for a four (4) phase, one
hundred fourteen (114) single-family residential lot development, on approximately 85.7 acres
located along Rochester Road/Powell Road/Darlington Road in the R-2 zoning district.
Ms. Richard gave the overview for this project.
Mr. Jonathan Garcziewski of The Gateway Engineers and Mr. Ryan Lotus, Attorney for the applicant
were available for comments from the Commission.
Ms. Rusnak opened the floor to public comment:
Deb Cooper – 218 Jefferson Lane – concerned with the speed limit along Rochester Road and
questioned the type of stormwater ponds for the Henry Farm.
Chuck Heilman – 209 Jefferson Lane – inquired as to the price point of the homes
Don Nelson – 216 Jefferson Lane – asked about the streetscape enhancements along Rochester Road.
