Ms. Rusnak called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Conceptual Plan Review
1. Meeder Conceptual Plan Review
Conceptual plan review of an adjustment to allow for revisions to Final Phases 2 and 3 (along
Rochester Road).
Mr. Henshaw gave the overview of this conceptual plan.
Mr. Anthony Faranda-Diedrich of Charter Homes and Neighborhoods was available for comments from
the Commission.
Mr. Faranda-Diedrich gave a presentation.
After comments from the Commission, Ms. Rusnak opened the floor to public comment.
Richard Rigard – 310 Parade Street – Is concerned with Main Street west mixed use buildings deliveries
to these businesses.
Chong Chai – 305 Tillary Lane, Apartment 204 – Concerned with semi trucks on Tillary Lane and who
will monitor the parking areas.
Rosetta Dufalla – 306 Parade Street – Emergency vehicle access, street wall/fencing, stark not a good
view, archway at entrance to development, Main Street paving.
Allison Lesic – There is a bump out by the constructed mixed use building that people hit and damage
their vehicles.
Karen Rigard – 310 Parade Street – Is there any interest in tenants in the mixed use buildings?
Benjamin Myers – 625 Parker Street – Question about the common space in east Phase 3
Lou Lesic – 124 Main Street – Believes the east townhouse building in Phase 3 is too close to the barn
and it’s too close for the connection of the sidewalk system.
