The proposed architectural and engineering design services for the new Recreation and

Architectural and Engineering Design Services contract for the proposed Recreation and
Engagement Center, awarding the contract to DesignStream, LLC. This authorization

34. Ordinance - Cranberry Township/Jackson Township - Municipal Boundary
8/21/2026 4:22 PM Page 6 of 8
Agenda Preparation Meeting
8/27/2026
335/2026 Cranberry Township and Jackson Township share a common boundary at the northern and
southern limits of their respective municipalities. Because neither municipality possesses its
original charter, conflicting information has appeared over time in property deeds,
development plans, and tax maps regarding the precise location of the shared boundary. To
resolve uncertainty, both Townships have jointly reviewed available records and reached a
mutual understanding of a defined boundary location. Cranberry Township and Jackson
Township held a joint public Board meeting at the Cranberry Highlands Golf Course on
August 19, 2026, to accept public comment on the proposed ordinance defining the
boundary.
At the September 3, 2026 Regular meeting, the Board will be asked to consider adoption of
an ordinance establishing the municipal Boundary.

32. Ordinance - Cranberry Township/Jackson Township - Municipal Boundary
335/2026
Cranberry Township and Jackson Township share a common boundary at the northern and
southern limits of their respective municipalities.
33. Updated Resolution for Brush Creek Water Pollution Control Facility Local Limits
