1. Salute to the Flag
Chairperson Susan Rusnak called the meeting to order at 6:00pm in Council Chambers of the
Cranberry Township Municipal Center, 2525 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, PA and
led the salute to the flag.

5. Ordinance Amendment - Bill No. 2026-05 - Chapter 27 (Zoning) - Table of Uses and Signs
Accept public comment on a zoning amendment that will amend Chapter 27 ("Table of Uses"),
revising attachments 2 and 2.1 ("Table of Uses for Automobile Wash") and amending Section
608 pertaining to building-mounted signs.
Mr. Ron Henshaw, Director of Planning and Development Services provided an overview of the
proposed revisions to the attachments in Chapter 27 (“Table of Uses for Automobile Wash”) and the
proposed amendment to Section 608 pertaining to building-mounted signs.
Mr. Henshaw provided an overview of the Chapter 27 zoning amendment process, including the
required public hearing.
