The most consequential land-use item on the agenda involved a store already built: supervisors adopted Resolution No. 2026-37, granting revised final land development approval for the Wegmans at 5000 Coolsprings Drive. The change allows removal of a portion of the site's northern retaining wall and a reduction of 29 parking spaces on the 13.2-acre, C-3-zoned property. Supervisors also authorized bidding on the Joan Street Storm Sewer Rehabilitation project, which addresses "aging stormwater infrastructure in one of the Township’s mature neighborhoods", approved a $62,529.00 final payment closing out the Pinebrook Drive Culvert Replacement, and signed off on the $2,010.00 Wayne Drive Storm Sewer payment.

Parks construction accounted for several more line items: Community Park North Improvements drew payments of $263,729.05 for general work, $39,041.10 for plumbing and $62,262.32 for electrical; turf projects at North Boundary Park ($14,818.45 change order, $117,703.78 payment) and Community Park's Ballfields 3 & 4 ($25,405.00 change order, $75,492.62 payment) moved forward; and the Fitness Court Studio at Graham Park received a $5,060.00 change order and a $106,753.18 payment. On roads, the Board approved a $701,025.42 partial payment to Youngblood Paving, Inc. for Superpave street resurfacing under the 2026 paving program.

Elsewhere, the Board approved a $69,950.00 purchase of two 2026 Dodge Durangos for the Police Department, inclusive of a trade-in of two Dodge Chargers, and adopted Resolution No. 2026-39 authorizing a grant application to the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency for police equipment modernization. It adopted Resolution No. 2026-38, updating Maximum Allowable Headworks Loadings for the Brush Creek Water Pollution Control Facility as required under Ordinance 2020-498, based on an analysis conducted "in accordance with EPA requirements." A supplemental appropriations resolution, No. 2026-40, and a set of bond releases — partial releases for Summerwind and a final release for Victory Family Church Phase 3 — also passed, along with personnel recommendations the record does not otherwise detail.
