The Cranberry Township Planning Advisory Commission voted 5-0 on July 27, 2026, to approve final subdivision and land development applications clearing the way for construction on the North Pointe at Cranberry project at Route 19 and Dutilh Road.

The first approval, PR #SUB-26-11, is a Preliminary and Final Subdivision Application dividing a 16.56-acre parcel at 20400 Route 19 into four lots to accommodate three retail outparcels and about six acres of residential development in the SU-1 zoning district. The second, PR #LD-26-12, is a Final Land Development Application for North Pointe's infrastructure phase — site grading, roadway improvements, utility infrastructure, stormwater management facilities, water facilities and landscaping — on about 16.9 acres at the Route 19 and Dutilh Road intersection, also in the SU-1 district. Both passed 5-0.

On the same agenda, the commission approved a Conditional Use Application, PR# COND-26-5, for an amusement arcade called Skill Games 777, proposing eight amusement devices in an existing tenant space at the Excel Center, 20455 Route 19, Unit 10A, also in the SU-1 zoning district. That item also passed 5-0.

Earlier in the meeting, the commission approved minutes of its June 29, 2026 meeting, 5-0, and received the Planning and Development Services Monthly Report for June 2026, which the agenda marks "Not Finished". The minutes record no detail on the Construction Awareness presentation, the Board of Supervisors and Neighborhood Forum updates, or the items-of-interest presentation that followed. There was no other business.

North Pointe at Cranberry has come before the commission before: a first phase of the same 16.9-acre Route 19 and Dutilh Road project appeared on the commission's March 30, 2026 agenda. The July 27 approvals move the project from subdivision and infrastructure review toward construction.
